Loan-to-own

Attention: Jeff Vanchiere is the new program director for the loan to own program. His number is 1-801-687-3696. The Loan to Own Program will have guideline changes take place on June 1st 2008. We will no longer service loans for participants whose credit scores are below 650. We will now require borrowers to come up with a minimum of $ 1,000 toward the purchase of the home. Our application and information will be changed as well, please print out a new application if you have an older one. Those are the major guideline changes along with some minor changes that will be effective June 1st 2008. Thank you.

Please note that the loan-to-own program is currently only available in the following Utah County communities: Orem, Lehi, Lindon, Payson, Pleasant Grove, Spanish Fork, Springville, and unincorporated Utah County.
