Attention! The Loan to Own program is now accepting applictations! Due to the large number of applicants that we anticipate the normal processing time of 2 weeks may be extended to 3 or 4 weeks as we work through each application. Applications will be served on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that the loan-to-own program is currently only available in the following Utah County communities: Orem, Lehi, Lindon, Payson, Pleasant Grove, Spanish Fork, Springville, and unincorporated Utah County.
